The 15th Chinese Neuroscience Meeting will be held in Suzhou on September 15-18, 2022.
In recent years, JNS is enhancing the relationship with the Chinese Neuroscience Society (CNS) and invites several young scientists to the Annual Meeting with travel award. Reciprocating our initiative, the CNS also welcomes Japanese young scientists to their annual meeting with travel award.
For the upcoming 15th CNS meeting in Suzhou, CNS will provide 6 travel awards, each award consisting of 1000 USD for travel and accommodation and a waiver of the registration fee.
Here we announce a call for application for the 2022 JNS-CNS Travel Award. Applicants (students or postdocs) are requested to prepare JNS-CNS Travel Award Application as below.
April 11, Monday at Noon, JST.
1. and 2. should collated into a single file.
- Name, Age, Affiliation, Position, JNS membership number, and Motivation letter (400 characters max. in Japanese or 250 words max. in English)
- An abstract in a MS Word file (within one A4 page)

2022 JNS-CNS Travel Award Application
JNS strongly encourages our members to take advantage of the international networking opportunity between China and Japan. In view of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, awardees are requested to consult travel advisories from relevant governmental organizations before travelling. Please note that JNS-CNS Travel Awardees are not permitted to concurrently receive other grants related to CNS2022.
